S.A.D. Light Therapy Stations at the Library

Light Therapy Session

Feeling sad or tired?

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a common problem for people living in our latitude.

According to the Mayo Clinic, light therapy is a first option treatment for many people affected by this syndrome.

A Strawberry Festival grant has enabled the Friends of the South Berwick Public Library to purchase two lamp for light therapy stations in the Library building.

Come in with a book or your laptop and spend 20-30 minutes a day under the light and see if your symptoms ease.
